Hosted by Neil Abramson — The Guy with the Pink Calculator

SimpleConsign users joined Neil Abramson — resale store owner, America's Retail Champion, and the Guy with the Pink Calculator — for a free webinar built specifically for resale and consignment store owners ready to grow in 2026.

Neil isn't just a coach. He's been in the trenches of resale for thirty years and teaches from what actually works in real stores.

Most store owners are pulled in a hundred directions at once. This webinar cuts through the noise and focuses on the moves that actually matter — the ones you can start doing right now without overhauling  your entire business.

Neil covers the four areas where resale stores leave the most opportunity on the table:

  1. Mindset — why so many store owners become their own speed bump

  2. Inventory — it's always the inventory, and it doesn't get better with age

  3. Social media — a powerful tool, but you're building on someone else's land

  4. Your website — the one digital asset you actually own, and how it can lift in-store sales by 10–15%

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A clear-eyed look at what's actually holding your store back

  • A practical inventory framework for getting better products through the door

  • A smarter approach to social media that stops the scroll and drives foot traffic

  • A website strategy that works as a marketing engine, not just a digital brochure

  • One or two specific actions you can take immediately

About Neil Abramson

Neil Abramson isn't just a resale business coach — he's a resale store owner who has lived everything he teaches.

As the owner of ECi Stores, a family of resale and consignment shops serving Massachusetts  communities for nearly thirty years, Neil has spent over three decades in the trenches of retail — managing teams, moving inventory, building customer loyalty, and watching the numbers. Before that, he worked as a business consultant to traditional retailers ranging from mom-and-pop shops to companies doing $50 million and beyond. He's coached resale and consignment entrepreneurs across the country, appeared on QVC and HSN during their Small Business Spotlight series, and been quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street  Journal, and Boston Globe.

In 2024, the National Retail Federation named him America's Retail Champion. He currently serves on the Board of the Retail Association of Massachusetts, advocating for independent retailers statewide. You may know him as "The Guy with the Pink Calculator". His philosophy is straightforward: numbers don't lie, and a store can only grow as fast as its owner does.
