Why do I have to request a trial — can't I just sign up?

We used to do that. We learned the experience was better — for shop owners and for us — when a product expert walked you through the platform first. You get your questions answered by someone who knows consignment and resale, and you skip the "where do I even start?" phase when you open the trial. Most owners say the quick call saved them hours.

How long is the free trial?

15 days from the day we set you up. If you need more time to evaluate, just ask your product expert — we'd rather you make a confident decision than rush.

What happens after I submit the form?

A product expert will call you back right away (typically within minutes during business hours). They'll walk you through the platform, show you how it handles consignor splits, payouts, AI Item Entry, and reporting, and answer any questions about your workflow. Before the call ends, we'll set you up with a trial account — preloaded with demo data — so you can start exploring on your own time.

Do I have to talk to sales or sit through a pitch?

No pitch. The product expert's job is to make sure SimpleConsign fits your store. If we're not a good match, they'll say so — and you keep your time.

Is a credit card required to start?

No. We never ask for payment information during the trial. If you decide to subscribe, your product expert will walk you through plan options.

I'm opening a store soon — is SimpleConsign right for me?
