We’re thrilled to share our webinar recording where our product expert shared a first look at SimpleConsign's updates and features that make your consignment experience smoother, faster, and more flexible.

Here’s what we covered in the webinar:

- A subtle refresh with a cleaner layout and more screen space
- Cash rounding at checkout for faster transactions
- “Never Expire” for consigned items, so they stay active until they sell (a familiar feature for former ConsignPro users!)
- Live Q&A with customers
- Return waiting periods aren’t commonly used by vendor malls—but if they are, most stores keep them very short (around 1 day) to minimize vendor impact. Even with a short delay, it’s best to be prepared to answer vendor questions about payout timing.
