What do I need to get started with SimpleConsign?

Because SimpleConsign is web based, there’s nothing to install or download. Our program is completely in the cloud. There’s no large start-up fee. You can literally have your shop up and running in 15 minutes.

Do you have a contract? What is your cancellation policy?

You never have to sign a contract with SimpleConsign. Your monthly fee covers everything you need to manage your shop. We do require 30-days written notice to cancel your service with us. All of your store information belongs to you and you are free to take it with you.

I have another software. How does my data get converted?

We have converted data from every major consignment software. The process is very easy. A member of our Tech Support team does a test conversion first so you can verify the integrity of your data. Then, we do a final conversion. You can convert all or part of your data, but it isn’t necessary to do a data conversion. However you choose to do it, SimpleConsign handles all of it for you free of charge.

How will my staff get trained?

SimpleConsign offers two ways to train you and your staff. First, we provide 2 live training sessions each week. You and your employees can participate in as many training sessions as you would like. Secondly, we offer training videos that can be viewed at your convenience. All of this is provided to you at no additional cost.

Can I post or sell my inventory online?

Posting inventory and selling online is especially easy when you use SimpleConsign’s eCommerce or AdKiosk solutions. Download our Simple Photo App and the process is even faster.

What happens if I add another location?

Just like your first store, we can quickly and easily get your second location up and running. SimpleConsign allows you to use store credit and consignor credit across store locations. Each additional location will be charged a separate monthly fee.

Do you support both a Mac and a PC?

Yes, SimpleConsign is fully functional on both a Mac and a PC.

SimpleConsign is priced on a per location pricing model.
Location is defined as a physical building not separated by any partition. Multiple terminals are allowed in this location and occasional pop up sales are also permitted off site with prior Traxia approval. If another location is set up as a terminal the store will be charged an additional store price equivalent to the current program. SimpleConsign reserves the right to discontinue service if an additional terminal is used in lieu of another location.

Another location is defined by the following:
Inventory is separated by location (including a space in the same strip center)
Your location does several pop up shows per year
You require separate reporting for inventory or sales management
