Any Offers to Buy and Sell Outside of ResaleLoop


All capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meaning as provided in our Terms of Use located at https://www.simpleconsign.com/eula, and incorporated herein.

 

Seller:

 

Any sale for a Listed Product that started out through our Services must be completed inside of the Services. As such, contacting a User or Buyer to discuss moving a Listed Product off ResaleLoop is strictly prohibited.

 

Buyers and Sellers are not allowed to share or request direct contact information prior to completing a Sale.  They also cannot use information they have obtained on ResaleLoop to contact each other to buy or sell off ResaleLoop. Sellers who listed a Product on ResaleLoop, agree to pay all Fees for the Services they have used, even if the Sale is completed off ResaleLoop (such as, credit card, Paypal, cash on delivery, pay on pickup, or paid by check or money order). If Seller is contacted by a Buyer and references ResaleLoop, Seller agrees to direct them on to ResaleLoop to complete the purchase. Selling or attempting to sell away from ResaleLoop is grounds for immediate full payment of all Fees (including all fees received or expected to receive from the sale of a Listed Product) and temporary of full suspension or termination of Seller’s use of the Services. 

 

If there is a dispute between you and a Buyer regarding a Sale, we will put you in direct contact with the Buyer to resolve any Issues.

Can I contact the seller about a Listed Product for sale?

 

No, not without the express permission from ResaleLoop. Please contact us at support@traxia.com

 

If I purchase the Listed Product, and it is pickup only, will I be given the address to get it?

 

Yes, after you purchase the Listed Product on ResaleLoop.  

 

If a Seller asks me to complete a transaction in another way, what should I do?

If I have a complaint how will I be contacted about my inquiry?

 

By using the Services, you accept to have email communication as the sole communication method. Traxia, at our sole discretion, may choose to communicate with you with other types of communication. If there is a dispute between you and a Seller regarding a Sale, we will put you in direct contact with the Seller to resolve any Issues.
